Teotihuacán is one of the main attractions surrounding Mexico
City. Growing from an agricultural settlement, it would soon become
the main city of the pre - Spanish Mexico.Considered by the Aztecs as
the city of Quetzalcóatl (their main god), Teotihuacán
is known by its two big pyramids: the Pyramid of the Sun, and the
Pyramid of the Moon, being the first one the third biggest pyramid of
the world.
Compulsory visits are the museum, which keeps relics and remains of
those times, and the Palace of the Jaguars, famous by its murals.

By bus, from the north station of Mexico City; by car, via highway
132 Mexico – Pyramids, or highway 85, hiring a tour.
