Guanajuato
Situated in the midst of hills, this city emerges with the typical colors and architecure of the region. Its name is derived from the word "Quanashuato" from the indigenous language Tarasco, meaning "a place with an abudance of frogs." 

Palenque
There are those who say, that in the year 700AD Palenque was the most spectacular city in the land, and its remains shed some light on its past magnificence. 

Destinations

Cozumel
Cozumel was known by the Mayas as the isla golondrina, and was for them a sacred place where they paid homage to lxchel, Goddess of the moon. Actually, it is now an authentic Mecca for many divers and underwater lovers from all over the world, thanks to the Palancar reef. 

Sierra Tarahumara
La Sierra Tarahumara is a mountain range of 25000 square km, where there are abundant canyons of up to 3046 metres in depth, some, therefore deeper than The Grand Canyon.

 

Atlantes de Tula
The ancient city of Tula is known for its main pyramid Tlahuizcalpantecuhtli, and the temple of the morning star, at whose peak stands the famous "atlantes" which stand at 4,6 metres high and represent the toltécas gods.

  

Guadalajara
Founded in 1532, Guadalajara today is the second most populated and important city in  Mexico, and is the birthplace of Mariache and tequila as well as having one of the richest craft centers in the country, Tlaquepaque.
